Bridgeboro Road PSEG Construction

OVERHEAD POLE WORK Week of 2/5/2024 to 2/11/2024:

Work hours: 09:00A-3:00P

1/8/24 THRU 1/11/24 – Bridgeboro Rd. from Hartford to Creek Rd

2/5/24 – Bridgeboro Rd. from Hartford to Nicolas Dr. & Bridgeboro Rd. from Hartford to Creek Rd.

2/6/24 – Bridgeboro Rd. from Hartford to Nicolas Dr. & Bridgeboro Rd. from Hartford to Creek Rd.

2/7/24 – Bridgeboro Rd. from Creek Rd. to Bridgeboro St.

2/8/24 – Bridgeboro Rd. from Creek Rd. to Bridgeboro St.

1: During all Construction work/road closures, residents and emergency services will have access into/out of the work zone.  

2: Expect minimal delays once in the work zone to allow Contractors to provide safe access to the residence.

3: No throughway for non-local traffic will be allowed through the work zone in either direction.

   ****Please Note: The schedule may change depending on site conditions or weather.

Road Construction UPDATE

Hartford Road PSEG Construction

The overnight construction work to install a manhole system along portions of Hartford Road and Bridgeboro Road is ongoing.

Work hours will be from 8pm to 5am. This work is expected to take place through January:

UNDERGROUND Week of: 1/8/2024 to 1/14/2024:

Work hours: 08:00p-5:00a (There are Three Crews to try to expedite the length of the project)

Work Zone: Bridgeboro Rd. and Hartford Rd Intersection Crossing

1/8/24-Bridgeboro Rd. and Hartford Rd Intersection crossing

1/9/24 thru 1/12/24-Bridgeboro Rd. Demobilization

1: During all Construction work/road closures, residents and emergency services will have access into/out of the work zone.   

2: Expect minimal delays once in work zone to allow Contractors to provide safe access to the residence.

3: No throughway will be allowed through the work zone in either direction for non-local traffic.

Lane shifts, detours and road closures may be required during construction and will be coordinated with local police and traffic control.


There are no planned electric service outages as a result of this activity.

Construction Update

Fairview Street Jughandle and Route 130

Emergency Sewer Line Work has begun and is scheduled for the evening and overnight to minimize the disruption of traffic on Route 130 and Fairview Street. This work is essential for the operation of the sewer system. Please exercise patience if you must travel through this intersection. This work will be ongoing until approximately Dec. 8th.

Hartford Road PSEG Construction

The overnight construction work to install a manhole system along portions of Hartford Road is ongoing between the intersecting streets of;

Pear Tree Court, Millers Run, Summerhill Drive, Hidden Acres Lane, Grand Boulevard, Bridgeboro Road, and Ashley Drive.

Work hours will be from 8pm to 5am. This work is expected to take place through January:

Weeks of: 11/27/2023 to 12/05/2023

Work hours: 08:00p-5:00a (There are Three Crews to try to expedite the length of the project)

Work Zone: Hartford Rd. from Bridgeboro Road to Summerhill Drive.

2: Expect minimal delays once in work zone to allow Contractors to provide safe access to the residence.

3: No throughway will be allowed through the work zone in either direction for non-local traffic.

Week of: 12/6/2023 to 12/15/2023:

Work hours: 08:00p-5:00a (There are Three Crews to try to expedite the length of the project)

Work Zone: Hartford Rd. from Ashley Drive to Conrow Road.

During all Construction work/road closures, residents and emergency services will have access into/out of the work zone.   

2: Expect minimal delays once in work zone to allow Contractors to provide safe access to the residence.

3: No throughway will be allowed through the work zone in either direction for non-local traffic.

Lane shifts, detours and road closures may be required during construction and will be coordinated with local police and traffic control.
