Mayor and Members of Council

Delran is organized under the Optional Municipal Charter Law as a Mayor-Council form of government with May municipal elections conducted every two years. The governing body consists of five members with three elected to represent their wards. The terms are four-year staggered terms. The Mayor and the remaining two members of the governing body are elected at large for four-year terms. Daily operations are entrusted to the Business Administrator, appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of Council.
