Update: Municipal Building will open to public on June 1st


Delran Township Municipal Offices will Remain Closed to the Public Until June 1, 2021. Masks are required and social distancing measures will be in place upon reopening. Please continue to follow the information below until the building opens to the public.

Departmental Closure Information:

Clerk/Vital Statistics: The vital statistics office will be operating on a very limited basis.  If you are in need of immediate assistance, please send an email or call (856) 461-7734 and someone will get back to you.  Vital Statistics will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Planning/Zoning Office and Zoning Department: If you are looking to submit a zoning permit you can now do so online or by mail.  please send an email or call (856) 461-8667 and someone will get back to you.

Construction: For assistance from the Construction Office, please call (856) 461-8667 and someone will get back to you.

Police: For non-emergency police matters, please call 856-461-4444.  If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.

Public Works: The Department of Public Works Administrative Offices will remain closed to the public until further notice. Public Works will be continuing to provide services to the best of their ability. If you have an emergency matter that requires immediate assistance, residents should call (856) 461-7737 or email.

Tax Assessor: 
If you are in need of immediate assistance from the Tax Assessor’s office, please email [email protected] or call 856-461-7736. Assessment information, including the 2020 assessment post card, can be found at www.njacb.org.

Tax Collector – Tax/Sewer Payments: There three ways to make payment:

  1. Online, through our secure site
  2. By mailing your check to the following address: Delran Township Tax Collector, 900 Chester Ave, Delran, NJ 08075. 
  3. By dropping your check in the mail slot at the municipal building – the grey drive up mailbox is on the Chester Ave side of the building next to the post office box.

Traffic Tickets: Traffic tickets can be paid by visiting njcourts.gov. If you have any questions or concerns on how to access information electronically, you can always call Delran Township at 856-461-3888.
